Returns Policy
Products Not Required
Our general returns policy is outlined below.
- You are entitled to return any goods purchased from us. We'll be more than happy to accept a return for goods you have purchased from us online providing it is within 30 days of delivery or collection. The goods to be returned must be unused/unopened and in a fully resaleable condition, and is also subject to goods not eligible for returns. Non-refundable items are mentioned below.
- Should you wish to make a return you must return the items are your own expense, if you wish for us to collect any large items from your address, it will be liable to a collection fee, this will be agreed at the time the collection is arranged.
- You should take care of any products you wish to return as the responcibility is on you. We have the right to refuse a refund on goods that are damaged beyond a resaleable condition or we can deduct up to 20% off the original price paid for the product.
- Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds will be made within 14 days of recieving the goods back. Once the goods are recieved back, they will be inspected and the refund will be made back to the original payment method. When the refund has been made, you will receive and email showing the credit being applied and the monies should be with you within 2-5 working days.
Goods Not Eligible For Refund
There are some items which we cannot accept returns for due to the nature or type of product. We also cannot accept returns for any products which are have been supplied bespoke to you. These products are listed but not limited to the below:
- Plasterboards.
- Plaster-based products/bag products e.g. Multi Finish.
- Chemicals or Liquids which have been opened.
- Any goods with a short shelf-life.
- Sand or any 'open' product.
- Made to measure products e.g. sheet materials cut to size.
- Any non-stocked product ordered specificallyfor you.
Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that any goods supplied are faulty, we are able to offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with any applicable statutory and consumer rights.
You must notify us of any damaged or faulty items within 48 hours of your delivery/collection, we have the right to decline any claims made after this period. Please send photos and a short description to sales@woodgreentimber.com so we can handle this as quickly as possible.
If an exchange is required, we will collect the damaged/faulty product when delivering the new product.
